Coming up next: Reiki & ART in collaboration with my badass friend, Tori Andrews (LISW/LCSW)! I tried ART for the first time last week and… OMG it was so insanely cool. Our plan is to have a couple evenings open up at my farm where you can have a reiki & ART session back to back… total healing experience at an insanely discounted rate.
What is ART? Accelerated Resolution Therapy uses eye movements (bilateral stimulation) and image descriptive to reprogram how trauma is stored in the brain, reducing physical and emotional impact without requiring patients to talk in detail about their trauma. (Which I think is freaking badass)
We’re looking at the week of May 18-21st and I’m wondering which week night/times y’all might prefer?? Ideally we’d open up a couple days between like 4-8pm- it takes around 90 min total per person for this one-on-one therapeutic immersion! My vision is also to have a common area for reading/journaling/hanging out between sessions or to give yourself time to reintegrate before heading back home.
